ALUSYSTEM: "Beneficiaries pay more attention to quality"

Alusystem, is currently one of the leading competitors on the curtain wall segment, both in terms of completed projects and the quality of materials used in the production process. The company has a flexible infrastructure, good  project managers, and benefits of advanced communications, transport, mechanization and information systems, enabling a simultaneous management of 15 sites nationwide located. The firm has over 250 highly specialized employees, and in the nearly 14 years of presence on the local market provided curtain walls structures for a series of benchmark projects in Romania, such as: the headquarters of Unicredit , Business Center Sibiu, City Gate, the international airport "Henri Coanda", Victoria Park, Baneasa Mall, Cathedral Plaza etc. The last fiscal year was ended with revenues of about 14 million euro and the target for 2016 is to repeat this performance and even improve it to a certain extent. The most important works in which Alusystem is involved now are Barbu Vacarescu Office and Gara Herăstrău. In March, were started the works at Global World Campus in Pipera and at Victoriei Office continues the installation process. By the end of the year will be completed Constance City Mall project, developed by NEPI, and United Business Center (UBC) buildings in Iasi, financed by Julius Build Corp Management Center. Regarding the insulating glass, the company began to acquire products from external partners. Some works like Barbu Văcărescu  Office and Victoriei Office benefited of a partnership with a Spanish supplier. Regarding the local suppliers of insulating glass units, things have not changed much, except perhaps the more aggressive presence of Pieta Glass Working, which focused in the last two years on large architectural projects and improved its market share, taking some orders from other companies. Beside the Italian company, other IGU suppliers are Delta Brad Crystal Glass.
